At the Avenir Bespoke Concierge, we’re here to make customization easy. Whether it’s a piece from our website or something completely new, we’re happy to be with you every step of the way to create your dream piece.

Please Note: most custom design pieces will take around 4-6 weeks for completion once the design has been approved by you.

Step 1: Set up an appointment

Schedule a free virtual consultation with our founder, Aalika. With your preferred date and time, we will start the process of creating your custom piece!

Step 2: Let us get to know you

Jewelry is personal and we’re here to fulfill all your needs. Let us understand your style, personality and what you’re looking for, and we’ll be able to guide you on a design, the budget, the metals and diamonds quality, and even the sizes!

Step 3: From concept to creation.

We like to keep our service as an iterative process to make sure you’re leaving Avenir with exactly what you imagined. Our jewelry designers will work with you based on drawings and images to finalize a design concept with your desired diamonds and metals that fit your required budget and quality requirements.

Step 4: Finishing touches

With the approved design, an order can be placed. We will then share a computerized model (CAD), wherein any changes can be made. And finally, leave it upto us to craft, quality check, pack, and deliver your dream piece to you!
